The First Round
The first round of the Alltime Baseball League draft saw a decided slant toward everyday players rather than pitchers, which was not completely unexpected. Outfielders in particular led the way.
The only seemingly outlandish pick is Sacramento's selection of Dode Paskert in the first round. Jesse Tannehill going as the first pitcher was a surprise, but on a lesser scale.
