sounds like it's well tuned for about ~25 players. if you want 35 as high as AAA, you want a proportionate increase in players created each year (28-33 increased to ~35, give or take how you measure). that should give about ~35 players per team, since it's qutie consistent up and down your MiLs

i don't use feeders, but same settings area... or area where you can influence how many are made to fill the feeder level etc... if nothing specific you just need more teams.

inevitably, if you want 35 at AAA, you likey will have quite a bit more than that at the lower levels. attrition being the main cause.

Other thing to consider -- normal ebb and flow of # ofplayers due to trades and good/bad luck in later rounds of draft etc etc... a 20-player swing isn't unusual over time.

Rules section per league too, good place to look for options. - service time limits, age limits, # max players? maybe that's elsewhere.

some related settings have side effects. e.g. you may think some use of roster limits will help, but it may not be the best idea. in some contexts it can "pull" players to that level when there is a dearth of players of that 'ability'. end up with kids playing too high or mil vets playing too low etc.

i'd work trial and error at getting the #'s to where you want, then try other available settings for mil Rules / requirements. (age, service time, roster limits etc)

at any point, if oyu use 35-active roster instead of ~25, make sure to set the extra slots available. e.g. extra RP, or if oyu want a 6-man SP rotation used. fill up that "35" and don't leave too many open slots for the AI to choose. you may end up with a team containing 20 positional bench players and only 12 pitchers out of 35... oh and 12 of the 20 bench warmers will be of 1 position, lol.

i think in the end what you want is an over abundance of players, then use roster limits along with active roster set to 35 (be wary of setting limits at lowest rookie level, even 35 is lowest they suggest, i'd suggest none or at least higher). and, make sure to assign those slots as fielders/releivers/starts in the Settings, maybe 2-3 open spots for ai to have wiggle room?
