You can't force.(unless I have completely missed something).

Most if it depends on your experience. If you add a second nationality it can help some, but most of it is all experience. If you're not coaching in the NHL and haven't won and Cups, you aren't likely going to be selected to run the American or Canadian program anytime soon.

Running other programs successfully can help as well.
