that was THE year! ..worse than choking against boston.. %#$ #$% 82-80 team! shouldn't even be allowed in the playoffs!

anyway, i don't think a sub-.500 has done it in RL but it can definitely happen - google can answer that, if interested... more liekly now than ever before. at some point if they keep expanding it might hurt the chances? too many series to win = lower % even with more opportunities? maybe?
