Not sure how often people see something like this but it shows how the playoffs can be a bit of a lottery. Seattle won their division with a 80-82 record, then beat a wild card team before taking the Divisional series. They won the ALCS by beating the 104-game winning Orioles and finally took the WS in 6 games.
