The Gators finished September with a 10-15 record, and October with a 4-1 record. That's an 11 game improvement on last year. Now the bad news, September Zach Davis go down with an injury, a torn labrum that will see him miss the next 8 months.
Melvin Page probably wasn't as great as his 17-9 record and 3.26 ERA last year, and probably not as bad as his 8-15 record and 6.01 ERA. Hopefully next season can be a rebound year.
