Hey all.

I am just wondering something about retaining salary in a trade. I know it's percentage based. Does that mean that the amount retained will change year-to-year if the annual salary of the contract changes?

I.E. if a guy is making 5 million one year and then 10 million the next, would retaining 50% go from 2.5 million one year, to 5 million the next? Or would it be fixed to whatever the amount is in the first year?
