Just to expand a bit, maybe if there was an option to have a Summer and Winter season, where maybe teams could play against each other in your version in the summer, and then in the winter take a team or two as organization representatives, and have them play against each other, like a more fleshed out version of the Arizona Fall League? This would be possible, wouldn't it?
So what I was thinking is something similar where each City League plays less than a full season right? So something like 120 games, then towards the end of Summer/beginning of Fall there a month long tournament where the winners of each of the 30 leagues play each once or something similar to decide the kind of 'city league national champion'. Idk, I'm toying with ideas on how to make it work.

The whole idea is put emphasis on bringing baseball back to its roots as the game that was played in all the different neighborhoods around the city. I'm even going as far and taking the ballpark dimension excel spreadsheet (the one that allows to you to put in field dimensions to change the ballpark factors) and using real life neighborhood fields that I find on google maps, that way each field is different with some having crazy dimensions.

Its a reach, and kind of crazy idea but I'm hoping it turns out great
