Well, I hope I'm back in business on TB! After initially transferring back to TB2.5 after all the problems with TB2013 and initially everything seemed ok, I then started having problems. Apparently after some Win10 update(s), 2.5 started giving me issues with constantly locking up constantly as I'd try and input fighters. Tried to go back to TB2013 loading a new copy of that on the PC, but I just was pulling my hair out with issues getting my database set back up. Guys not importing in or importing in with data screwed up. In the mean time I'd gotten an MacAir. I loaded Parallels on it with Win10. Had the install file for 2.5 and installed it on it and then surprised that through it I was able to get a license for it on line! But, same issues, locking up and just running slow and hard to deal with. I even tried the mac version of 2013 again, but again had issues with getting it installed. About ready to just say screw it all with TB as much as I like it and wanted to get back into this Forum to contribute fighters.
So then just this week I happened on the opportunity to attain an old laptop and a licensed version of WinXP. I loaded TB2.5 on it and licensed with the licensed I'd gotten on the Mac and messing around putting in some fighter data it seems to be working fine!! Yipeee.....! My only issue is this old laptop and XP i've not been able to get set up to my wireless at home. But, for now I'll just have to deal with transferring files to my PC to upload here. AT least I got 2.5 to work. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed it continues to work!!!! So hope I can be posting some things here soon again!
