Those responsible for GM'ing Winter League Teams (Set up as a tournament) in MLB Pro are unable to export by clicking on:

File -> Online League -> Export Your Team Via FTP
When they do the above method, nothing happens. The file is not exported, there is no progress bar. Both those in the league and myself (the one running the league) have the same problem.
That said, everyone is able to export via the Export via FTP option on the Roster, Rotation, Lineup pages.
