This feature would seem to be very helpful to those who are not familiar with baseball in general or the mechanics of OOTP. But it might offer guidance and learning opportunities to all.

A suggestion by the bench coach (AI), while playing out a game could appear on the screen somewhere.

Examples could be:
This would be an opportune time to steal.
Shifting the infield for this pull hitter might be helpful.
It might be prudent to get a lefty up in the bullpen.
Our pitcher is tired/exhausted, it would be prudent to substitute a relief pitcher before he is injured.
We have a better batter verses left handed pitchers available. With only 2 outs remaining in the game, our opportunity to gain the lead is dwindling.
A baserunning suggestion could be made, visible while the decision window popup is displayed.

There could even be explanations available when clicking on the suggestion.

And the hint/suggestion box could show, by default, simply whatever moves, changes, or action the AI would make if it were in control.
