Inflected Characters in City Name
The Team settings screen does a good job with matching cities when there is an inflection (accent or other diacritical) in the city name. For instance if you are in Cuba, and type Holguin into the city search box, then the game accurately matches the city to Holguín (note the accent).
However, the same logic does not apply when you create a new game with Holguin. In that case, there is no city identified with Holguin and you have to go individually into the city screens and update the locations.
I think that the same algorithm should be used in both places.
