They seem to be in a rebuilding mode.They were a rising upcoming team before the 2000 Redraft. Now they are a cellar dweller. Offensively they are terrible even with a great young player in Chris Riley. Pitching wise they have no true #1 SP. They rank 18th in minor league ranking.
