It's not perfect, but the quickest workaround I've found is to have an empty short-list that you can then add 2 or more players to. Go to that short list, click one player, go to the Ratings tab, and when you click the small arrow under the player's name, it will only cycle through people on that list, so if you just have two guys, you can very quickly swap between the two and easily see exactly where they differ. It of course also works with more players if you wanted to compare 3+, but either way it lets you keep that list of attributes up while cycling through only the relevant players.
