It also means there's some customization possible within the RFG. For example, if you start with a table of fighters who are all good defensively, then the RFG will mostly generate fighters who are also good defensively. You could even have regional styles, if you wanted to make the effort to have separate databases with their own fighter tables for each region just for fighter creation. Once created, you just import the new fighters into your combined universe. There's still enough R in the RFG that not every fighter will conform, but you could easily make Sluggervania a place where stick-and-move fighters are few and far between.
