I did all of the caps and jerseys using justafan's tools. Same with the circular logos. The actual pictures in the logos come from various sources in the logo mods forum. I didn't keep a list of specific source for each one, unfortunately.
I only used half of what I made for this dynasty. You can see the other half if you click the link in the original post that leads to the dynasty that I tried with this concept a few years ago.
