Well then i guess this issue does correlate to excellent-very good players not retiring when they should and clogging up the minor leagues.
Im in the last week of the 2019 season. Going thru the different minor league transactions pages, the player names are ridiculous. Way to many Mark Teixiera and Carlos Beltran types ending their careers in AAA taking the spot of cant miss prospect and lower tier prospects.
