Is there any way to convert just the Players.dat from FHM2 to FHM4?

I know the answer is probably no, but looking at the difference between the player attributes, there is very little difference between the two versions (Injury breakdown is the only one that's coming to mind). I realize you have much bigger fish to fry, but couldn't you make some kind of out of game utility to at least convert the players.dat file which can then be put in place of the current players.dat file in a save?
