In two online leagues, one I have no problem downloading in game.

The other starts the download process, stops on 0% OOTP becomes unresponsive and after 20 minutes throws cannot download file error.

Downloaded league file from site, still same result.

Re-installed OOTP, same result.

Anyone with ideas?
