Well, it's a little better off than it was last time I tried it for OOTP4. However, I've had very little time to be working on it. The main problem is there is still a ton of manual labor involved for players with little to no stat history, or a stat history that belies their ratings. However, guys that have a few seasons of consistent stats come out really good. If I remember correctly, I even had it figured out how to get the correct fielding assignments for them!
Thinking about this is making me want to go back and work on it
