I've asked this question before regarding previous versions, and I've never gotten an explanation. Why will a player have vastly different star ratings on different screens. Take the example in the attached photos. On his profile, he has a potential star rating of 4.5. This is also the rating on see on my lineup page, it's the one I saw on the draft screen, and it's the one that shows up on the trade screen. However, if I click the scouting report tab, he has one potential star from OSA and 2 from my scout. So what the heck is the 4.5 based on? OSA thinks he's a one, my scout thinks he's a 2, and some mystery person thinks he's a 4.5 based on god knows what. Can anyone please, I beg you, explain where that 4.5 comes from and what it means?

It is like this for many, many players. This is just one example.
