The Philliadelphia Phillies looked to move some of their large surplus of Outfielders to replenish their every growing pitching shortage.

Former First Round Pick, OF - Mickey Moniak (62 POT) and SP - Mark Appel (30 POT) go to the San Francisco Giants for Pitching Prospects SP - Logan Webb (44 POT), SP - Cobi Johnson (42 POT), and SP - Sam Carlson (39 POT).

This decision was difficult for the Phillies Organization and wish Mickey good luck in San Francisco. However, with an overflow of talent in OF, the organization felt this move helps address one of its problem areas in organizational depth.

Edit: Something happened with my save file. I lost 2 or 3 games and the trade. I am trying to see if I can re-work the same trade so that no progress is lost
