The question not answered is just how many real life teams are actually in a rebuild right now in 2017? I see White Sox and Phillies and Padres. Any I missed?
I see 12 RL Win now teams despite the low odds for most of them.
It's hard to say what the right numbers should be.

I think the Tigers want to be in a rebuild, but are strapped with so many bad contracts they simply can't go all out.
