This is an annoyance to me as well. There are several different examples of this throughout the game world. I've mentioned the fact that most, if not all, Hungarians in the game have Finnish names in the bug report on a couple of occasions, but never got a response.
Another example of this is that it seems like almost every time I come across a Haitian-born player in the game, they have Hispanic names. Haitians are not Hispanics, and they have French surnames. I've done missionary work to Haiti in the past, and of the hundreds of Haitians I have met in cities throughout Haiti (Jérémie, Port-au-Prince, Jacmel, Cap-Haïtien), I don't remember one having a Hispanic name. I'm not saying they don't exist (I'm sure they do, considering that they share Hispaniola with the Dominican Republic), but they are rare.
I'm going to look into this during the weekend, and see if I might be able to make my own modifications to the name database. I might be able to use the input of yourself and others, although it might be as easy as "googling" the most common names for each country.
