It was an existing game in which I had finished one season, 1915. I was going to add Baseball to the 1916 Olympics.

I clicked the "Olympiad" button; left the defaults on the second screen.

On the third screen, changed "Max Player..." to "College", "Min Player..." to "All Levels", "Max Major..." to "No Major League Service...", set both rejection amounts to "Rarely", set the "Host City" to "Berlin, Berlin, GER", everything else kept the defaults. Clicked "Next Step" then "Finish", then the game crashes.

I was just able to add the Olympiad tournament to my game after the 1916 season changing on the Year to "1920" and the host city to "Antwerp, BEL".
