The UBL has been running now for 8 1/2 full seasons of MLB. We started in the 2015 season and are in the middle of our 2024 season. This league is built on stability, consistency and a great core of GM's who have been together for all 8 1/2 seasons. We use Slack for communication and have had great success with it. We have some GM's who have been playing OOTP for years and some who are still relatively new. We have a group who is willing to help new comers and also give advice to GM's. There is very good communication from the league and usually always someone online during the day to talk to or get help from. We are looking for good dedicated GM's who want to have fun and willing to participate. We don't require you to export every sim and we won't bug you if you don't export. All we ask is export a couple times a week and participate in the chat.
