Hey thanks for the advice,

If I set "Heavily Favor Prospects," does that mean every team in the league will trade prospects for prospects more frequently and that veterans will usually stay put on rosters? Or will it mean that teams will trade prospects for vets more frequently? I always wondered that since OOTP 14 but never looked it up.
