They're still set to opening day as far as transactions, injuries etc.

We never update the rosters beyond OD as part of the regular game.

Lots of the ratings have been updated based on player performances though, new players added to the draft and IFA pools, plenty of other fixes and updates but the transactions aren't updated and won't be. If we do it it'll be in a mod like the last couple years, but I doubt we'll even do that this year.
