Hi,

I am playing a standard league in commisioner mode. I have noticed that all my minor league teams stink, with records like 4-37, 9-40

Most of pitchers all have era's in the 9+ range

I have checked to make sure none are overmatched in thier league, and most are average ratings to the rest of the league. I manage all lineups, rotations, and depth charts ok

It just seems wierd to have such bad teams, and I'm wondering what could be causing it.

Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong, anyting i can do to help this?
