Currently creating the quickstart, if anyone has any ideas on what should be done with the league rules or something, please do tell. I do have a pretty good idea of how they should work myself. DH is one I'm debating in my mind myself, I'm thinking DH for both leagues might be best, I also like the idea of no international free agents. But I'm open to all suggestions.

It'll be ready either later today or by latest tomorrow. I'll run a few simulations and stuff before I'll upload the quickstart here to see nothing's too wonky with the settings and stuff.

Edit: I'm pretty set on 120 games, seems like a good number for 16 team league. Should we have minors? If so, how many levels?
