Scouting Reports on "Impossible" Draftees

It'd be cool if requesting a scouting report on amateur draftees that are "impossible" to sign would give some sort of idea of how much money it might take, depending on how good your scout is. I just drafted two impossible guys, one wanted "significantly" more then $9,500,000 and the other "significantly" more then $3,000,000. That's quite a range. Say you have a player that needed $10 million to sign. If my scout had a "legendary" rating in amateur scouting, and I requested a scouting report, it would say something like "would require between 9-12 million to sign." I wouldn't get the actual number, but something close if my scout was good enough. The worse your scout is the less accurate your report gets.
