I had a player whose last day being injured was the first day of the playoffs. He was placed on the playoff roster immediately, without being brought off the DL (as far as I can remember).

Every day in the playoffs, the game would stop and remind me that the player was eligible to be brought off the DL. However, "Activate from the Disabled List" was never an option in the transactions menu. He was a starter in all but 2 games of the playoffs.

When the offseason started, there was no way to remove the player from the DL. He could not be sent for a rehab assignment since no teams were playing, the activate from disabled list option still wasn't there, and I couldn't find any way in the editor even in commissioner mode to remove him from the DL; I had to waive and DFA him to get him off the DL. And now I can't figure out how to cancel the claims that were put on him just to work around the bug and advance the game.
