With only 2 losses in the post season, SD wins the series after 4 consecutive years of early departure from the playoffs. It can be done!

Most of the honor should go to my pitching staff, who combined for a 2.71 ERA. My top 3 starters won 27, 23 and 21 games.

My only advice is keep plugging away, and maybe get better pitching. My staff was # 1 for years and I had "no weaknesses" but I still went out and got another "superstar" SP and that was when I won. Also, even though your trade window may say "no weaknesses" I gaurantee you have positions you can upgrade. Don't be satisfied.

Hopefully we broke through the wall and can enjoy many more years of World Championships. GO SD!!!!
