There's a day or two between ST ending and Opening Day. But you can't ask your Manager to set up his seasonal pitching staff because the rotation will not revert to season parameters. It stays at 6 pitchers.

This 'ask me' session is important to assist in making decisions about who will fill slots and, more importantly, who that manager sees as filling those roles.

Once the last game of ST is complete, the 6 man rotation should revert to the global setting assigned by the game owner.
