This is very odd. I've seen a couple complaints about this, but the histories all seem to be there and show up correctly for me when starting a new quickstart game
What game mode are you playing in quickstart or standard? Is this a new game you started since the patch, or is it an old game that was started on a previous patch?
EDIT: Never mind the questions, I just found this happens when starting a new standard game.
