The same thing happened to me. I'm assuming you're using OOTP18. They changed the injury file, so if "failed to load the injury file" is one of your earlier error messages, do this. Go into your OOTP17 database and delete your injury.txt file. Then copy the injury.txt file from the OOTP18 database and put it into the OOTP17 database folder. If you created your game in OOTP17, it is still using the OOTP17 database.
