My scout that I just signed is missing his scout amateur rating. He is the best scout on the market and when I sorted by amateur scouting he was at the top of the list but was missing an exact value. Should I look for a new scout or stick with this one. I was hoping after the draft the game would give him a rating, but that is not the case.

Another question I have is, do scout ratings change over time? I signed my scout at 0 years of experience and I was wondering if he will get better or if he is stuck at those value.
