Contracts
Probably a couple dumb questions on contracts but the manual doesn't cover much on them.
1) Is it common to sign a player to a big contract, have him on your roster and then a week later have him sign with someone else? Does a no movement clause prevent this or is it a bug? I know I cant negotiate with guys under contract with other teams.
2) If you submit an offer to a player but he doesn't sign it, how long does it take until the money is put back in your budget? Is there a time limit on submitted offers or does the money stay committed until he signs somewhere else?
