Stealing = Success of stealing the base against a Catcher's arm rating.
Example #1: Vada Pinson in my game is a 98/104. He's stolen 232/311 (74.6%)
Example #2: Felipe Alou in my game is a 74/104. He's stolen 82/115 (71.3%)
Example #3: Willie Mays in my game is a 56/104. He's stolen 154/250 (61.6%)
Example #4: Mickey Mantle in my game is a 34/87. He's stolen 198/384 (51.6%)
Very small sample sizes but it seems that the faster a player is, the better their jump and presumably the better their steal success rate overall.

Am I correct in understanding that those are speed/stealing ratings that you're listing?
