I have set up a winter tournament for rookies with no MLB service as a rule, ages 20-26 and no foreigners (help develop the local kids!). I'm really enjoying it. They end up with about 400 at bats when season is done. Personally, I made it more of a local feel with the tournament taking place in my home state, each team represented by towns and such. I GM one of the teams and set it up so only my MLB was affiliated with it. It's basically a whole team of my prospects playing together for the winter, developing and learning new positions. It's very fun imo.
