To my horror, the default ethnicities file is a mess, it basically only has black people in Africa and what used to be US Historical, but nowhere else. I know some of you love your segregated universes, but it's just not realistic and I just had no idea it was doing that until I peered in.

I've modified it, though you should know that in my file the Albanian names are Cuban names (21)

I've diversified things dramatically.
