Sorry to reply to my own post, but I have an update after more looking:
In the 3 seasons we have had this bench coach, my SPs have been ridiculously durable. Looking at my current staff, none of them have posted a season with this bench coach with under 30 starts. So out of the 11 SP seasons I looked at, every single one of them stayed healthy.
But only one of these seasons had over 200 IP, which only requires a starter to go about 6 innings on average. I'm not sure if I should be giving this guy an extension or looking for a new bench coach!
