It's been suggested, not only to provide a popup to this effect, but in addition to add a cut-down suggestion somewhere along the line even before that. It makes sense to me that half to two-thirds into ST, there are a few, at least, who I know need more time. Yes, I make those decisions on my own, but it'd be convenient to know there's an officially recommended downsize date. FWIW
