You don't have to trawl through all your players. Simply choose a list of all the players in your organization, then set the sort to 'pitchers', then choose batting potential. Sort on 'Contact' and your better hitters will be on top.

Or do the opposite. Pick 'Hitters' and 'Pitching potential'. Sort, and look at the top for targets. I once was able to convert Minor League catcher into a top Starter this way.

I find this works best in the late rounds of the amateur draft, too.
