I've seen this type of thing all too often with it on. That's why I turn it off. If a player gets to be angry, they get put on the trading block. Once there, AI teams will take almost anything to do the deal, including with other AI teams.
IRL trades of players because they just want out are rare. And even then the teams don't just give them away. This feature either needs to make it much more rare for a player to get angry enough to be demanded to be traded OR tone down the effect of it once on the trading block and still demand something reasonable in return.
Just another example of any feature that you turn on the AI handles it way, way worse than almost any human (with the exception of kids I guess)
