There have been football games that have tried to do that. I remember one whimsical advertisement about playing the modern Dolphins against the Nagurski-era Bears by the rules of olden days and having to figure out where to play Dan Marino on defense.

But I'm skeptical that this can be done accurately, because how on earth would you rate some guy's offensive line play from the 1920s? It's hard enough to do that now.

In the pre-computer game era, Avalon Hill had a board game called Statis Pro Football that had a card set for the 1957 season, and it was fun.
