When the reveal date comes around, there are no players in the draft pool. If I simply sim to the draft, the players are never created and game will not advance.
So I zipped the league .dat files and uploaded them per the instructions. File name is: Frozen In Time.lg.7z

Hey Bahnzo, I found a workaround of sorts. If you create the league in OOTP17 and then import it to 18 the draft will then work.
