You haven't experienced the true high and lows baseball can bring until you are just getting comfortable enough with your team and see your GM taking away your RBI leader (and second of the league at the start of June) for no apparent reason. That was the ONE roster move (other than injuries/call ups) my GM made. Waived my starting RF to make room for a trade involving an older, less effective OF...whom I benched for a few games and that allowed me to discover that gem that was sitting on my bench that whole time.
For some very, very inexplicable reason, I play FHM3 the opposite way. Over there I'm GM only, playing with my Ottawa Senators since their 1992-1993 comeback.

I've wanted to try this so many times, but haven't yet. too much Parcells in me. some day.
I have to be able to buy the groceries if they want me to cook dinner, not sure I could handle the frustration (which is why I need to try this).
