Was so excited that this bug was seemingly fixed in OOT18 ... first league I made I'd played for about 30 years ... and this setting stayed where I put it on "based on Potential Ability"

Found I'd made too many feeder leagues on that save, so started a fresh new league ... and low and behold at end of first season when it flipped from Offseason to Preseason this setting is changing for this save. It flips from Potential to Current.
