Granted this is more of a general question and not a plug for a league seeking GM's but, let's face it, this is where the online focus is...

For those leagues that have converted to, or started in, OOTP18, is the new version stable enough to recommend 17 leagues convert (if they are in a position to right now)?

OR have you found any issues that would cause you to suggest others hold off at this time?

And, if you answer no, please explain why?
